Paragliding is de manier om je als een vogel in de lucht te voelen. Het wordt in Nederland ook wel parapenten genoemd. Je kunt deze avontuurlijke sport tegenwoordig op talloze plaatsen doen. Daar waar een beetje hoogteverschil (en thermiek) is, daar kun je zelf of met een instructeur de berg af.
